Well, I am still hanging with the biking...been easy to stay motivated with it. Gone out everyday except Sunday for 5-8 miles each time. Bakcs not too happy, but ovverall not too bad.
As is the case in most things I have found that if something has visibility, it forces the individual to stay with it. So this is my way of forcing myself to remain "true" to my new project. Most that know me are aware that I retired from the Army back in 2003. After a 20 yr career which kept me physically active, I relished the idea of no mandatory exercise. Now I am paying the price. Sooo, with the prelude in place away let me get to the meat of this. ...
